Cultivating change through collaboration and putting employee wellbeing first
Collaborating with the People Team at Peel L&P, we worked towards a shared goal of bringing clarity and humanity to their internal communications. The brand refresh needed to showcase the team's personality, reflecting their commitment and culture.
By introducing more colours to the core brand and incorporating a script font for callouts, quotes, and other decorative elements, we created a design that was both versatile and engaging. This allowed the People Team to connect with employees more effectively.
The new identity was rolled out across multiple touchpoints, supporting a more inclusive culture through weekly emails, new starter packs, print and digital brochures, TV screens and websites.
Working with the Sustainability team
The Sustainability team needed to communicate key messages to both internal and external stakeholders, requiring a more consistent and impactful visual identity. Using Peel L&P's core brand guidelines, we developed an animation, a bi-monthly digital brochure, and an annual sustainability report.
The refreshed identity brings the team's purposeful mission to life with warmth and confidence, equipping them with the tools needed to engage stakeholders, scale their efforts, and achieve their sustainability goals.
