Northstone is an award-winning, innovative home-building company with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Each home is thoughtfully designed with a focus on how people live and what they need, both inside and out, offering solutions that make everyday life a little easier.

Based in the North West of England, Northstone has developed neighbourhoods around Bolton, Greater Manchester, and Wigan.

The Northstone brand identity draws on key Scandinavian design principles, polished and refined into a unique, bold, and modern aesthetic.

Creating a sense of place

Northstone wants to show an authentic look into resident life, and the photography reflects that with a relatable and homely feel. Hand-drawn illustrations bring warmth and a human touch to the brand. The suite of hand-drawn illustrations are used as a tool for storytelling. We introduced a selection of patterns that can be used as collages, frames and textures or can be combined with photography to keep the brand fresh and unified.

Every element of Northstone’s house design is considered, and the campaign reflects that.
